This is a short back & bicep workout.

1. Lateral pulldown (wide grip)
2. One arm dumbbell row
3. Seated cable rows
4. Underhand cable pulldown
5. Dumbbell alternate bicep curl
6. One arm dumbbell preacher curl
7. Standing bicep cable curl
