Shoulder workout

Alternate exercises 1-3
1. Trx bands: inverted row 
2. Trx bands: chest pull up
Same as above, but pull arms out to sides while lifting body up

3. Push-ups 

4. One leg lateral side raise & front raise (alternate lifting each leg, not shown)

5. Upright rows with bar
6. Shoulder press machine (alternate 6 & 7)
7. Alternating shoulder press with dumbbells 
8. Incline push-ups 
Note: use wall, bar or bench to assist
